face & SKin club

by joining the Helix Clinic skin and Face club, you gain access to monthly deals and advanced invitations to clinic events and new treatments.

Each month (or yearly), an administrative fee (the membership tier selected) will be due but the full amount will be bonused back in the form of pre-booked skin care treatments. any balance owing on the selected treatment completed is due at the time of service. If you can't make it in that month, no problem. the admin fee will go onto your account as a club bonus which can be used until the end of the year. At the end of the year (December 31, 11:59pm), all bonuses expire.


FAQ's
 
Do i need a membership to visit the clinic? No, everyone is welcome at the clinic and has access to all our services. The membership is an optional rewards program for clients looking to invest in their skin.
 
Can i cancel my membership? There is a 3 month commitment when you first join the Elite and Platinum with a year committment for Royal Members, but after that you can cancel at any time. All dues are collected on the 1st of the month.
 
can i transfer my membership? No, memberships are non transferable and membership benefits cannot be shared with a friend.

What treatments can i get? You can select any treatment from the membership list. Medical treatments are not included in the membership program.

Is there a limit on how many treatments i can get a month? There is no limit to the number of treatments you can receive per month. However, some treatments require spacing before receiving the next one which will be determined by your practitioner

Can anyone Join? yes, anyone can join the club. However, there are only a finite amount given out at any one time, so once the monthly limit has been reached, the club is full. You can however, get on the wait list for any openings.
